HDJ-70C Integrated Bottom Card Feeding Bottom Gluing Machine
HDJ-70C is an upgraded integrated bottom sealing machine specially designed for high-load luxury paper bags that require rigid reinforcing base. Different from the standard single hot melt HDJ-70C bottom gluing machine without card function, this model integrates independent bottom card separating, conveying and inserting station together with dual glue spraying system in one frame. It receives semi-finished open-bottom bag blanks from KDJ bottom opening machine, automatically completes creasing, bottom card placement, glue coating and pressure forming in one continuous flow. Both cold water glue and hot melt glue are available for free switching according to paper texture and packaging requirements. After inserting hard bottom liner, the bag bottom gains rigid support, effectively avoiding collapse and sagging when holding heavy goods, greatly improving product grade for clothing, cosmetics and wine gift bags. Applicable for 120–300gsm kraft, coated and film-laminated paper, matched with segmented sheet-fed gift bag production lines.
