PBA-CS Series Automatic Rope Threading Machine

This integrated automatic rope threading equipment is specially designed for finished sheet-fed paper bags to install carry rope handles. It combines plastic tip wrapping, cord cutting, hole punching, eyelet crimping and automatic rope threading into one compact unit, replacing slow manual threading work and greatly lifting production efficiency. The machine is equipped with automatic bag stacking silo and singulation feeding system to realize non-stop continuous processing. Pneumatic positioning cylinders precisely fix paper bags, and synchronized threading structure feeds rope through four bag holes in one single cycle. Two optional models satisfy separate pure threading and eyelet buckle dual-purpose production needs, widely matched with sheet feeding paper bag machines for gift, retail and brand shopping bag production.

• Stack finished paper bags into material silo; auto singulation for continuous feeding
