Combined Printing & V-Bottom Food Paper Bag Line

This integrated production line couples PBMD series V sharp bottom bag host with LST inline flexo printing unit, delivering full-process one-stop manufacturing of printed food-grade kraft bags. Unlike standalone bag machines that require pre-printed paper rolls, this line completes raw paper unwinding, 4-color flexographic logo/text printing, drying, tube forming, servo cutting, V bottom folding and bottom gluing in a single continuous flow. An optional transparent window laminating station can be added on demand to produce visible display food bags. Equipped with full servo constant tension control, ceramic anilox printing rollers and dual photoelectric deviation correction, the line achieves ±0.15mm ultra-tight color register accuracy. It supports 30–80gsm lightweight food paper, with stable mechanical output up to 500 pieces per minute. Tailored for medium & large food packaging manufacturers, it cuts separate printing equipment investment and secondary material transfer labor costs significantly.
