PBFD-W+D Fully Automatic Patch Square Bottom Paper Bag Making Machine

This all-in-one servo paper bag production line is specially developed for premium patch reinforced square bottom carry bags (Patch/Paky Bags). It processes blank & printed kraft, food-grade paper rolls, and completes all procedures in one continuous line: unwinding, edge gluing, tube forming, patch auto-feeding & hot pressing, window film laminating, fixed-length cutting, bottom creasing, square bottom folding, bottom gluing, wrist handle hole punching and finished bag stacking.

Equipped PLC full servo control, constant tension correction and photoelectric color mark tracking system, the machine realizes stable long-run production with reject rate below 0.5%. Dual optional modules of window lamination and patch reinforcement satisfy diversified customized packaging for brands, catering, supermarkets and gift shops. Two models cover medium & large size carry bag production.
