It takes finished pre-cut single cardboard as raw material - including pre-printed, hot-stamped and embossed sheets - eliminating the need for inline printing units. Equipped with dual cold & hot melt gluing systems, it delivers stable bonding for paper weights ranging from 100gsm to 400gsm, with a maximum stable output of 100 bags per minute. This segmented design lowers initial equipment investment. Customers can pair it with separate bottom gluing machines and paper handle attaching units to build a full handmade shopping bag production workflow, perfectly matching small-batch, high-value customized bag orders.
