Fully Automatic Integrated Square Bottom Carry Bag Machine

PBFD-T series is an all-in-one integrated production machine integrating square bottom bag forming and paper rope handle manufacturing into a single unit, no separate handle attachment equipment required. Using main kraft paper roll and handle patch roll as raw materials, the machine completes paper tube forming, fixed-length cutting, square bottom folding, paper rope twisting, handle patch laminating, automatic handle pasting and finished bag stacking in one continuous flow. Equipped original Mitsubishi motion control system, full servo drive, German SICK photoelectric color mark sensor and hydraulic unwinding stand, it realizes stable high-speed running with reject rate controlled under 0.5%. Three models (PBFD-220T / 350T / 450T) cover small, medium and large shopping bags, widely used for bakery, clothing, supermarket and brand customized kraft carry bags.

Packaging and Delivery

The whole machine is disassembled and packed with export fumigated wooden cases, equipped shockproof foam and moisture-proof film inside, safe for long sea and air transportation. Delivery will be arranged as per signed contract schedule.
