Introduction

This Printing-Integrated Paper Bag Making Machine is compatible with various roll paper materials, including plain base paper, printed paper, kraft paper, greaseproof paper, medical paper and more. It automatically completes the full bag-making workflow: glue spraying, top edge gluing, tube forming, bottom gluing, bag shaping, as well as finished bag counting and collection.

Featuring a compact and rationally structured layout, the machine allows simple and convenient parameter adjustment. It is powered by a high-speed central processor and equipped with a full servo drive system and user-friendly touchscreen interface. Our machines can reach speeds of up to 100-600pcs/min.The servo motor precisely regulates bag-making speed to deliver outstanding operational accuracy and stable performance.

Standard Working Process

1. Mount raw paper roll on pneumatic lifting reel stand
2. Install printing plates & adjust ink pressure on printing unit
3. Set bag size, speed & register parameters on touch screen
4. Continuous flexo color printing with auto tension correction
5. Tube forming, spray gluing & sharp bottom molding
6. Automatic counting & finished bag stacking
