Modular PBFD Square Bottom Bag Main Unit & Optional Independent Handle Machines

This split-type production solution separates square bag forming host and handle manufacturing equipment into two standalone modules, which can operate independently or be connected by conveying frame to realize continuous automatic production of handled kraft shopping bags. The PBFD main machine completes all blank bag forming procedures: raw paper unwinding, tube center gluing, fixed-length servo cutting, bottom creasing, square bottom folding and base sealing. After forming, empty square bags are transported to matching handle equipment for automatic handle pasting.

 

Customers can flexibly select PBH-RP twisted paper rope handle machine, PBH-FP flat paper handle machine, or install both two handle units on one line to freely switch between rope-handle and flat-handle bag production. Three main models (PBFD-220B / 330 / 450) cover small gift sacks to large retail shopping bags, ideal factories with flexible multi-style order demands.

Introduction

Custom-developed as a perfect auxiliary machine for paper bag production, our latest paper handle machine inserts paper rope between two kraft paper sheets. After gluing and compounding, finished single handles are cut automatically. It effectively solves clients' handle production troubles, elevates line automation and achieves an average capacity of 300 paper handles per minute.

Two Production Operation Modes

Mode 1: Independent Separate Production

Run PBFD host alone to produce blank square bottom bags, then manually transfer finished bags to handle machine for pasting. Suitable small batch orders and low factory space occupancy.

Mode 2: Linked Automatic Continuous Production

Install connecting conveyor between bag host and handle equipment. Blank bags flow directly into handle station without manual transfer, realize fully automatic one-line production of finished carry bags with rope or flat handles. Switch handle types freely by starting corresponding handle unit.
