Use
This multi-functional hot-cut side seal bag machine is specially developed for mass production of flat plastic pouches from OPP and PE roll films, supporting both printed and plain film substrates. It adopts integrated hot melt sealing & one-step hot cutting technology: heated sealing knife melts and fuses film edges while cutting individual bags simultaneously, forming firm, leak-proof sealed edges without secondary processing. Equipped with microcomputer control, photoelectric mark tracking and constant temperature heating system, the machine runs stably at 50–350 pieces per minute with low reject rates.
Widely used for socks, jewelry, bread, snacks and e-commerce express packaging, it is a cost-efficient core device for plastic bag manufacturers.
