Paper Rope making Machine Workflow
1.Raw Material Unwinding System:
Multiple fiber strips unwind synchronously from the pay-off stand. Guide rollers and automatic tension stabilizers keep even tension throughout the twisting procedure to avoid uneven rope thickness.
2.Twisting & Forming Assembly:
Converged paper fiber strips enter the high-speed rotary twisting spindle, which tightly twists and consolidates strands to form solid, integrated round paper cords.
3.Traction & Automatic Winding Unit:
Uniform traction pulls finished ropes at constant linear speed. Synchronized take-up reels neatly coil paper ropes into tidy rolls. The machine automatically stops once the preset coil length is reached for easy batch management.
4.Post-Processing Matching:
After winding into large coils, paper ropes can be cut to fixed lengths (20–50cm) via slitting machines according to paper bag dimensions. The finished twisted cords support either automatic threading or manual installation on paper bag production lines.
