Controlled by a high-speed central processor, it includes a full servo drive system, a touch screen display, and a servo motor that regulates bag-making speed for precise control and optimal performance.

Workstation Overview
Unwinding: Utilizes an air-expandable core for unwinding, paired with a magnetic powder brake and a tension control system to ensure stable paper feeding
Pre-processing Steps: Perforation (for breathability), Adhesive Application (center-line gluing / edge gluing)
Forming Process: Cylindrical forming, cut-to-length, bottom folding (forming a V-shaped pointed bottom), bottom gluing and bonding
Post-processing: Counting, collection, stacking (optional features include handle forming, spray gluing, and film lamination)
