Workflow (Fully Automatic)

1. Unwinding: Loading of non-woven fabric rolls; magnetic powder and servo-controlled tension; unwinding diameter: 800 mm;
2. Guiding and Feeding: EPC edge and line position guidance; photoelectric positioning of printed marks;
3. Splicing and Forming: Splicing and forming of upper and lower rolls;
4. Sealing and Cutting: Simultaneous operation of heat sealing blades and ultrasonic cutting to seal and cut the edges;
5. Punching and Stacking: Pneumatic punching can be added; the equipment features automatic counting and stacking output functions;
