Fully Automatic Non-Woven Flower Sleeve Making Machine

This integrated forming machine is specially designed to produce non-woven flower sleeves for floral packaging. It can fabricate conical, trapezoidal and 3D three-dimensional flower bags in one continuous automatic workflow. Compared with disposable plastic flower bags, non-woven fabric packaging is eco-friendly, durable and biodegradable, highly favored by flower shops, planting nurseries and flower wholesale markets. Equipped with servo tension control, EPC full-automatic edge correction and ultrasonic heat cutting system, the machine supports both plain and printed non-woven rolls, and optional punching module to meet diversified packaging customization demands.

Full Automatic Working Process

1.Unwinding Section

Air-expansion shaft + magnetic powder clutch + servo constant tension control to keep fabric flat during feeding.

2.Guiding & Correction Section

EPC automatic edge line correction + photoelectric color mark positioning, stable conveying for printed non-woven fabric.

3.Synchronous Forming Section

Dual roll synchronous feeding, integrated molding to make cone & trapezoidal flower sleeves.

4.Ultrasonic Heat Sealing & Cutting

Ultrasonic embossing roller works with heat-seal blade, finish edge sealing and precise cutting at one stroke, clean cut without fabric fraying.

5.Optional Punching & Automatic Stacking

Pneumatic punching unit for handle holes is optional; built-in counter auto stacks finished flower sleeves neatly.
