introduction
This high-speed slitter rewinder is core converting equipment for roll substrate processing lines. It accurately slits wide jumbo parent rolls into narrow finished rolls with custom widths and rewinds materials into uniform, compact coils in one continuous workflow.
Built with heavy-duty integral frame construction, the machine delivers stable vibration-free high-speed operation up to 500m/min. Equipped with full automatic PLC touchscreen control and dual-station winding design, it drastically lifts daily output and minimizes manual labor. Widely adopted for packaging, printing, adhesive label, electronic and construction material processing.
